The huge capacity crisis in foster care is falling squarely on the shoulders of caseworkers. They are not only tased with doing their regular job but also required to take 2-3 shifts watching children in offices and hotels. They are missing time with their families and exhausted.

If you know a hard working Child Protective Services caseworker, please share how you see them serving children and families impacted by foster care. Throughout the month of July, we will draw a name each week from all the entries surprise them with a sweet gift basket! (Caseworkers must be in Region 8 and currently working for Child Protective Services)
