What is Trauma Competent Caregiver Training?

Trauma Competent Caregiver is a research-based and immediately applicable training from Back2Back that assists helping professionals, parents, and other concerned adults in gaining an understanding of why kids from “hard places” experience the behavioral and emotional challenges they do and how to help them heal.

Back2Back combined forces with Texas Christian University’s world-renowned Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development and leaned on more than 20 years of working directly with some of the toughest situations the world has to offer, Back2Back’s Trauma Competent Caregiving training which has influenced governments, NGO’s, schools, and caregivers from more the 50 countries.
